Ok. Greyed out generally indicates you've installed the plugin manually, and cannot use ED to refresh it. And ED shows the version info from the web, not what you have installed (use Settings > Plugins for that). To use ED to upgrade SS, you'd need to shut down sc7, delete the SaverSwitcher dir from the "regular" Plugins dir, and restart sc7 . Then you could check the box, click Save, and have to restart sc7 again. A one-time hassle.
