I don't know where SoftSqueeze.jar is found on your system but on Ubuntu it is in /usr/share/squeezecenter/server/HTML/EN/html/softsqueeze/
So you will have backed up the old SoftSqueeze.jar and copied the new Softsqueeze.jar into this directory making sure permission / ownership are the same as the old one. Then run SoftSqueeze using the command java -jar /usr/share/squeezecenter/server/HTML/EN/html/softsqueeze/SoftSqueeze.jar Test this command from a shell prompt and root user to avoid any permission issues about audio hardware. Make sure audio hardware is free and there is no other SoftSqueeze running. -- bpa ------------------------------------------------------------------------ bpa's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1806 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=58217 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
