Radiotime will supply WMA URLs first - so if the user is in the UK they will play.
If the user is outside of the UK the WMA URL will fail - in which case if the user has AlienBBC installed - RadioTime will supply a RTSP (RealAudio) URL as a 2nd URL in a playlist and this will then play.
