Downloads a list of known repositories from erlandplugins Google Code project 2. It downloads the repository xml file for each repository in this list 3. It concatenates all these repository xml files into a single file and register it as a repository in Extension Downloader. 4. When a user selects to install a plugin it uses the download url in the original repository xml file to download and install the plugin.
The repository urls included all repositories listed on the wiki.
