Did you use Extensio0n Downloader to install AlienBBC ? IS it version 2.5 of AlienBBC ?
The log message indicates that SC has started the stream and it looks like AlienBBC thinks it is playing. SO I think the problem is in mplayer or mplayer.sh and/or permissions. 1. Make sure you have installed the mplayer nogui version and not the mplayer graphical front end. 2. Check that the file mplayer.sh in the Plugins/Bin directory has execute permissions and is owned by Squeezecenter.
