In rewriting SrvrPowerCtrl for SBS 7.4, I ended up introducing a raft
of bugs like the one you cite above when the plugin is used with SC
7.3.x. I've been slowly trying to chip away at fixing them. Are you
using the latest beta version? If not, try using
http://srvrpowerctrl.googlecode.com/svn/beta.xml with the extension
downloader or download and install manually from
http://srvrpowerctrl.googlecode.com/svn/SrvrPowerCtrl_beta.zip. See if
that clears up the problem.

If you are using the latest beta version and if you're still seeing
this, then yes, please set the plugin.srvrpowerctrl logging to 'debug'
and attach a server log to a post. Thanks.
