Yes, 'server' and 'computer' refer to the same thing. As far as I am concerned, current behaviour of the plugin is fine. It's just that I wasn't expecting it to work the way it does, and so got confused. The confusion is now cleared up.
Other people might perhaps find the "when not idle" behaviour does not suit them, they might actually want the script only to work when a player is active. If so let them make their own comments, and leave changes until someone asks.
