Oh hell! So much for the Mac theory, that also pretty much eliminates something odd about your server setup as the problem. I'm kinda stumped here at the moment. Let me try and fiddle with the debugging I have and see if I can give you something to try that may be more fruitful. It may take me a little bit though as I've got a few other things going on at the moment.
