Hello pippin (and anyone else who might be able to help me troubleshoot this problem). Here's more info for you about my problem.
I have the Squeezebox Server version 7.4.1 installed on my Mac running Mac OS X (10.6.2). Both my wife's iPhone and my iPhone can see the name of My Music Library (stored on my Mac) and we both can see Mysqueezebox.com. But because my wife's iPeng can't find (or see the two players - oneupstairs and one downstairs) she cannot see the music in My Music Library nor can she see the mysqueezebox.com radio choices. I can see all the music. She can't. She used to be able to do this just one week ago then something, I don't know what, changed. Only I can see the two Logitech receivers (upstairs and downstairs) and only I can see and select music from My Music Library through iPeng. I do not have a ResayNAS setup. To recap: My wife's iPeng/iPhone can SEE my network (My Music Library and MySqueezebox.com) but she can't ACCESS the music from either because no players are showing in her iPeng. Aha! I just got it working (for now at least!) I went to my iPeng. I was on MySqueezebox.com. I then switched to My Music Library (on my Mac). Once that was done, I launched my wife's iPeng on her iPhone and all of a sudden the two receivers/players showed on her iPeng and we were identical again. It is as if by selecting My Music Library and toggling from MySqueezebox.com it awakened my wife's iPeng. I'm not sure why my wife's iPeng couldn't do the same thing or couldn't see the players without my iPeng being involved. Strange. So, I'm hoping things will be back on the good foot once again!
