Hum. No, I don't think so. I've just looked at another server, 7.3.4 in
a VM. It has version 2.05b4 as well, and there is a directory there with
PurePerl.pm. InstalledPlugins/Plugins/FindArt dates back 23-10-2009.
On the first machine I mentioned above (hostname otto) I know for a
fact I've already tried installing the plugin and had to roll back. To
roll back I used a tar file I got from the server in the VM.
So there is a chance the dir with PurePerl.pm came from the earlier
2.06 installation attempt, but it doesn't seem too likely: I don't
remember trying to upgrade the VM server, and it too shows the
PurePerl.pm lib.
I just tried upgrading the VM server. I couldn't get 2.06 to run
either.
