Interesting to see the Spotify error messages at the start of the log. 
They seem to be having problems at present as I couldn't get the desktop
Spotify to work 10 minutes ago.  (or maybe my ISP).

Re your playlist problem.  I think the problem must be in SBS as this
seems to be asking for the same file each time. Could you enable
player.source debugging and look at what you see in the main server
log?
