I used putty to locate libFLAC.so.8 with the find command: "find / -name libFLAC.so.8". On my TS239Pro libFLAC was found in "/share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/SSOTS/lib/libFLAC.so.8". I then created the link with WinSCP by clicking the right mousebutton in the directory where spotifyd is and then choosing "New" -> "Link".
