I think the first thing to check is that the NAS is serving the xml files correctly. If you point your web-browser at <http://serverip:9000/SqueezeIR/html/0004201a1c4a/SqueezeIR.xml> can you see the file in the browser? You can also check for the lirc files in the same way. Can you SCP into the controller and send me the var/log/messages file(s) as they will have a bit more detail and (hopefully) tell me exectly where the problem is. I pesume the xml hasn't been changed between it working and not working?
