Ok. This is an issue that is somewhat fixed and somewhat not. What I see is that if I quit the App from the task bar after enabling WOL it _sometimes_ doesn't remember the setting on the first try, strangely it seems to always work on a second try. But this is my current beta, behavior of the 1.2.5.1 may be worse.
