That image comes up whenever iPeng doesn't find your player within a few seconds. A lot of people didn't find that. So what happens here is that iPeng obviously is having trouble finding your player (or better: your server) in time. What I find interesting here is that iPeng DOES indeed find the server but no player, could it be that your Squeezebox is not connected to the server? Do you have MySqueezebox.com working? What exactly was the issue that made it take an hour to get iPeng to work on the iTouch?
