I can't repeat this.. Could you send me more details of the 'specific album'. Does it have any artwork embedded, or as a file ? Are there any non-ascii characters in the artist, genre, album or any of the album tracks ? It might be a permissions thing. Try moving moose.exe to a folder where you've got complete admin rights.
