Yeah, it could be the sqlite version, but i've just tried it with the latest build and it seems to work ok. If it was the version i'd expect it to reject the file completely.. maybe r31284 had issues ? Did the file you copied locally look ok size-wise ? Had the server just been started, or a scan going when it was copied or anything like that ? If it's still going wrong on later versions, let me know and I'll have a deeper look..
