Could you file a ticket for this? 7.4 is fine (although I believe 7.5 works more stable in general) I even recently re-added the workaround for playing radio items with incomplete context menus that is needed pre-7.5.1. I will not test against 7.3.x anymore, this is especially true for iPeng for iPad. I have at least one beta tester who still uses 7.3.3 and he generally provides good feedback so I believe it runs but I am pretty sure at least the "Apps"/Music Services will work less well with 7.3.3.
