That's right, I didn't think of that really. I have the regular version of Ubuntu, not the server version... Perhaps it's time to dust off some old laptop and power up a secondary SBS server in our house perhaps... ;) Linux being able to work perfectly fine over networked disks will make it perfectly doable, without having to add or copy your music collection...
