You didn't switch your players to MySB in between (where the player
doesn't work)?
Have you configured a remote route (through DynDNS or something) and
port 3483 isn't open there?
Any IP changes/conflicts?
Did the route for the iTouch change?
Have you tried to restart iPeng (by force-quitting it through the task
bar)?
