Playlists with user selectable parameter can't be used as favorites.
The "Random songs with predefined minimum rating with user selectable
artist" playlist will ask you to select an artist after you have
selected to play the playlist and due to this it won't work as a
favorite. The "Random albums playlist with possibillity to
include/exclude genres" playlist starts to play immediately after you
have selected it and thanks to this it will work as favorite.
I haven't checked in more detail if it would be possible to change this
but currently it's the reason you don't see the heart icon for this
playlist.
