Yes, if you pass /squeezeslave as a command-line parameter to
Moose.exe it'll start and stop squeezeslave with moose.

The easiest way to do this is by creating a shortcut to Moose.exe
(right-click Moose.exe and select 'create shortcut').
Once you've got your shortcut, right-click it and select properties..
In the Target edit control, after Moose.exe add a space followed by
/squeezeslave
Running this shortcut instead of moose.exe directly will then start
and stop squeezeslave.

To list all the other command-line parameters pass it /help as a parameter.
