No. For now: just give them different names.

iPeng shows all your servers and let's you just select anyone of them
from the MultiPlayer screen just like you can select players (actually
you can even select a player on a different server right away) and you
can also move players between servers.

The next version (iPad only, for now, iPhone will get this sometime in
January) will also have a somewhat improved autoswitching behavior,
following your players between servers.

Generally iPeng handles several servers pretty well, it's designed to
work with several of them, especially since with e.g. the Touch you
need to expect that people use both MySB and SBS/LMS.

I always run two, most of the time even three and with remote access I
often see up to 7 servers in my iPeng (including MySB and Test.MySB)
