To delete a specific item inside a style, you select it in the "Items"
listbox and hit the "Delete" button beside this delete box.
Doesn't this work ?
If not, what happens, do you get any error in the server.log ?
To make changes in a style take effect, it's important that you
either:
1. Have the screen saver and the edited style selected on the Touch
when you edit it and save it in Custom Clock Helper
or
2. After you have saved the style, on the Touch select another style
and then select the one you have edited again.
Alternative 1 is generally easier as you can see the changes
immediately on the Touch every time you save the style.

Have you saved the style before you try to export it ?
It could maybe have to do with the '-character in the name, does it
work if you name it without apostrophe character ?
Do you get any error in the server.log ?
