For everybody playing with hi-rez support I needed to modify LMS to get it to send hi-rez to VortexBox Player. The default in LMS is to resample to 48k unless it's connected to a Touch or Transporter. If you ever get hi-rez support for SqueezeSlave working you will need to do the same.
