Run the "TrackStat Inconsistency/Problems" report and "Squeezebox Server
Inconsistency/Problems" report in Database Query plugin, they will give
you an indication or can at least help me tell you what the problem is.

There is a know problem that duplicate musicbrainz identities can cause
multiple entries in the TrackStat data due to a change in Musicbrainz
principles during 2010 where they started to give a track on a normal
album the same identity as the same track on a compilation album. If
this problem affects you can disable the musicbrainz support in
TrackStat through the "Enable musicbrainz tags" setting in TrackStat
settings page. To get rid of the duplicate you need to remove all
TrackStat data and then perform a restore again. Remember that the
restore operation runs in the background, so you need to look in the
server.log to know when it's finished unless you start it through the
Custom Scan settings page.
