The error seems to indicate that your database has become corrupt, I've
seen it happen in my own setup when the disk got full and also one time
when I had to kill LMS abruptly.

If you have a TrackStat backup, I would just shutdown LMS and delete the
library.db and persist.db files in the LMS cache directory and startup
LMS, let it scan and see if that solves it. After the scanning is
finished, you can try to restore a TrackStat backup (if you want to keep
the old TrackStat data).

If you don't have a TrackStat backup (and want to keep TrackStat data),
you can start by only deleting the library.db file and use the same
procedure and see if that helps. The TrackStat data is stored in the
persist.db file.
