Yes. The three buttons are somehow difficult to hit. I don't know if it is because they have no borders and I accidentally hit them to high or low? It also feels like i have to have my finger more still before pressing them than usually needed in apps for the press to register and not be interpreted as a swipe or accidental touch. pippin wrote: > Yes, I thought about that but it's against everything Apple recommends > and does for iPad.... I use the iPad on the desk at work as a music control panel and having the controls at the bottom would definitely make more sense in this specific use case. I can comfortably rest the palm on the desk and reach the buttons without having to lift my arm and aim at a small icon. The TuneIn Radio app is a good example for my use case, with the buttons and volume control at the bottom. Ease of use! pippin wrote: > Well, the play screen is like it is because they don't have big cover > art to show, isn't it? Maybe I simply really like the player control buttons in Spotify because they are so easy to hit. :-D pippin wrote: > But other than that I do indeed like the design of the Spotify App > although I do not like the workflow. Much scrolling needed if I want to edit long playlists for example. As you say, getting back to the "Now Playing" screen is unintuitive and should not be needed to control the music. I also miss the volume control. I think that with version 2 for iPhone, you found a very useable layout! I personally would love to see it directly cloned to the iPad. If that won't happen, please consider the placement of the control buttons at the bottom of the screen again. :) I would love to hear what others think about the button placement.
