Those radio stations are sending audio tracks at something less than the standard 44.1 KHz. Probably 22.05. Squeezeslave only plays back 44.1 KHz / 16-bit tracks. Any of the other software players (SoftSqueeze, SqueezePlay, squeezelite) and hardware players (SB2, SB3/Classic, Transporter, Boom, Touch, Radio) should play those streams just fine.
