Is it possible to have a setting that controls the percentage of tracks that are local versus remote in the mixes? I am using both local
Not directly. Some recipes would allow you to control the diversity. In those cases a "more discovery" mode would pull in more tracks outside your collection, where a lower setting would use mostly stuff you know. Unfortunately this option isn't always available. Eg. if you start with a track, you could only control how close to its artist you'd like to stay.
The next version will feature an option allowing you to can change from local files only to mixed and back on the fly for every mix. That's probably the best I can offer.
