I'm now on 0.7.5. and for reasons I do not understand, I've suddenly
been able to modify the Preference settings. So I set the timeout to 10
minutes, but LMSnewGUI still throws timeout error messages on the screen
from time to time. I fail to see any pattern in this, and the message
itself doensn't make much sense to me:

Error message: timeout
Please make sure the LMS server is available and the extGUI4LMS plugin
is loaded correctly!
(The above is just an example)
Apart from these errormessages, I think the GUI is nice and good
looking.
Do you think you can figure out how to overcome these timeout errors ?
(I see others in the forum suffers from them as well)
