No.

The Web UI runs directly on the server and so it has full access to the
database. iPeng has to query that over the network.

There is a default query which returns the default menus as they are
shown in the Logitech App, that might return the same information as the
web interface, at least in SBS 7.6 and LMS from 7.7 on. You can check
that by looking at what Logitech's App shows (I'm not sure, it might as
well be wrong, too).
But using that means that iPeng could only show the menu exactly as in
the Logitech App. Same text, same layout, same information and would
lose all information about what it is showing there (the menus don't
contain any information about the content, it's just text and associated
default commands), this would probably take away quite a bit of
functionality (sharing, lookup, track durations, track file type (from
next version on) etc.).

Technically, iPeng asks the same question (it asks for the track
artist), if the information is different, it means that the raw content
queries in the CLI return this information differently from the menus
that are being built in on the server side. This could be considered a
server bug but nobody ever cared to fix that in the new server versions.
It's been known for quite a while.

You could file a bug or just ask Michael to fix it, he's probably the
only one who could do that.
