Music & Artist Information plugin v0.6.0 is on its way to you. New and
noteworthy:
- show artist artwork not only in the web, but the player UI as well
as most mobile apps
- add support for local artist pictures: go to settings to define a
folder where you'd want to store artist images. Make sure you match
the spelling as you use it in your tags! ("Elvis Presley.jpg")
- add The Echonest as data source for artist pictures (covers last.fm,
wikipedia and others)
- scanner improvements
- bug fixes
Please note that all these additions require fairly recent LMS 7.8
builds. The plugin is still compatible with older versions, but will
provide a very limited feature set only.
