It currently doesn't do this automatically. But from the web UI you can easily save it in that folder. To save - right click on the image, select "Save image as .....", select the folder, type in the Artist Name. Repeat x many times, where x = the number of artists in your library ! There is a real opportunity for a utility to automate this.
