I tried your style and it always displays weather icons. It seems to
switch between two set of icons, is this how the style is supposed to
work ?
Do you know how old the previous version of Custom Clock you used might
have been ?
Are you able to reproduce the problem with a simpler style ?
If you are able to login via ssh and get the /var/log/messages file that
might contain some error messages that could help us debug the problem.
