Tried deleting the cache but it didn't change anything.  Did a complete
reinstall of LMS 7.9.0 - 1407759841 (this is the "SqueezeCommunity
version for Vortexbox/Fedora 20) and then a clear and rescan. 
Unfortunately, the problem remains....still no thumbnails (just see the
"musical note" placeholder) appearing in playlists from my internal
tracks.  Spotify thumbnails and internal server thumbnails (when tracks
are not in a playlist) are displayed just fine.  And, just to reiterate,
ALL thumbnails (playlists and otherwise) are properly displayed in the
LMS web ui.  Possibly a small bug between iPeng and 7.9???
