I guess you are probably playing a Spotify artist radio using Triode's 3rd party plugin? It's a bug in iPeng 8.0, a bit obscure, it's a combination of a bug with a missing artwork file.... I've got a fix that got submitted to Apple a week ago but given their current review times it's probably going to be another week until it hits the App Store.
