well, we know its not norton on the VBA. I vaguely recall that after I installed VB 2.3 (following the VB wiki procedures of saving old config, then copying over the config to new VB 2.3 in order to save the settings), I still had to uninstall Triode's spotify plugin, restart LMS, then reinstall the spotify plugin to make it work again.
