Just a quick note to add: Unlike other services, Wunderground is _very_ strict with their API limits. Very, very, strict.
They start you off with 3 "raindrops" which are exception allowances. Each time you exceed your limit (calls per day or calls per hour) you're charged a raindrop. After you hit zero raindrops, if you exceed your allowance they disable your API access for the remainder of the day in which your excess occurred. At least they send you email (almost in real-time) when they detect an overage.
