Thanks for your patience. LMS and SDT are running (SDT has a tick next to it in Plugins page and the message SETUP_GROUP_SUPERDATETIME_DESC next to its entry). I have a settings page at localhost (same computer), but there is no entry for SuperDateTime in the dropdown menu at Advanced.
