I'd like to add my thanks to the efforts of the contributors here. I've installed FFmpeg and BPA's plugin have am happy to have the BBC back in high quality stereo. I'm having intermittent problems getting FFmpeg to stop, but that's minor for a solution put together at the speed this has been done. Thanks again. :D
