I visualise a bunch of "luvvy" managers with excessive and unwarranted self-esteem and salaries, in lots of meetings amongst themselves, and poor Jim Simmons being left to do the practical side of things, and in the first instance also run the blog. It's the way British management seems to work - thinking their job is about status, not delivery.
