At the moment a rebuild of LMS is OTT unless it is a no effort/littke time task. When LMS reads the conf files it identifies the [flac] as a executable and then LMS scan the plugin Bin directory, then LMS Bin and then PATH to find the executable. Check for all files beginning with "flac" in the LMS directories.
