This bears out my anecdotal evidence as posted in #3872. I can only remember one dropout on 'listen again' which is what I predominantly use. However 'live', which SWMBO uses more often, will frequently stop. Four dropouts on Radio 2 this morning alone. Anyway, PlayHLS is re-installed and and using the custom-convert aac file-type option, I'll see how the live streams perform. > Wasn't there talk at some point of a limited number of buffers > (pre-fetch?) in the iPlayer plugin 1.3, and it was reduced from 5 to 1? > I think it was in HLS.pm. Would it be worth increasing it to 2 or 3? One of my numerous tweaks was to change this from 1 to 3 some weeks ago........made no difference and is still set at 3.:) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ PaulinPosset's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=63060 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53229 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
