Fumbling to turn the Radio on this morning, I was immediately struck by how quickly 5 Live started to play. Since the streams switched to HLS, there has always been a hiatus of several seconds before a stream was audible. Now it is back to how it used to be: no more than a second or two for any of the BBC stations that I tried.
Anyone else notice this? I'm in the UK.
