My experience when changing repo is that I have to remove the plugin (using LMS, no direct file manipulation) before changing repo, otherwise it behaves a bit funny. LMS 7.7.2 - 5 radio, 3 Boom, 4 Duet, 1 Touch, 1 SB2.
