Hi Foggy,

I think it is normal practise to control the Raspberry Pi via LMS.

( echo "$MAC $STRING"; echo exit ) | nc $LMSIP 9090 

MAC=mac address of Raspberry Pi
STRING=LMS command i.e. play, pause
LMSIP=LMS ip address

If nc is not available try netcat.

You may not need to include $MAC.

The LMS CLI is documented on your LMS via Help on the web interface.
