Hi reinholdk, I'm not sure the light sensor would be sensitive enough but agree the camera is overkill, but it's interesting and I would like to try it. Now that I have mastered controlling any Squeezebox from the Pi I have a new evil plan: My kids keep emptying the biscuit jar on a regular basis and we don't know which one is up to no good. If I can master the facial recognition software on the pi, by identifying which child is thieving, I can play a child specific pre-recorded message on the relevant squeezebox (at amplified volume) to alert me and shame them. (It beats building the extension, fixing the shower etc.) :) Cheers, Foggy ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Foggy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1668 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104334 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
