Directory should be deleted when you disable a plugin but I think only after a restart. BTW on pink fuish forum - issue abotu JPG 128k - I'be seen it before but can't remember the underlying cause and I think it could be either an old build of LMS or user is still set on HLS and there is some sort of conflict with playHLS or other old hacks.
