I just pushed out 1.0.2. Don't get too excited: this is only adding some
more debug logging which hopefully will help us to better understand
what is causing some of the failures.
And it removes the mis-leading self-test. Please give it a try. When in
doubt, enable debugging for plugin.spotifyprotocolhandler and upload
your server.log file as well as the spotifyd.log file.
